PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 week (5-7 business days) before they ship. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact rate will be shown before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING CARRIER
We currently ship all orders via UPS.
SHIPPING AREAS
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
While we carefully package every order, dirty, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier once they've left our facility. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us at heather@getdirty.co and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
